Rickie grew up a fat kid in North Carolina. A cool kid though, but nevertheless pretty chunky. He stayed chunky until he was 22 and decided to make himself a little more presentable to the female population. Hey, everyone has their reasons, right? At the end of the day it doesn't matter what kick starts your efforts, as long as it happens. This was when Rickie topped the scale at a tad over 300. Rickie lost a lot of weight (115 pounds at my lightest), and ultimately it was the change in his life that led to him becoming what he is today.
Today, Rickie is an a NPC Heavyweight Bodybuilder (Nationally Qualified with pro card aspirations), an accomplished personal trainer and nutritional consultant. Outside of the fitness industry, Rickie works in the modeling and entertainment industry. No matter what endeavors Rickie has, his passion is still fitness and more specifically physique competing.
Rickie's two favorite mottos:
- "Never ,ever , EVER give up"
- "If you want a difference, be the difference"
